Side Border
This page shows an example of a Side Border.
As you can see here, all my images and text are centered on the blank area of the background.
This is done by the use of a blank gif.
An example of a page that is centered without the use of a transparent gif can be seen Here
In PSP, I made a transparent gif.
The width needed to be wide enough to cover the width of my pattern on the border.
Look....even my horizontal line doesn't run into the border!
