This page is an example of a simple, yet pretty web set, with buttons and a divider.
Web Sets vary and differ from one another, depending on each client's
requirements and preferences,
and on the creativity of the person making the graphics.
For this particular page, I chose an image, and create a swatch using 5 colours from the image.

Using three of the colours above, I made a gradient in PSP.
Next I made tiles using the shades from my image
Then to make them seamless, I used PSP Image Effects.
To compliment the graphics on this page, I used a plain tile from the swatch.
